Preference digunakan untuk menyatakan pilihan dari berbagai macam hal. Ada dua macam bentuk yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan Prefer dan Would Rather.
Prefer" dan "would rather" adalah frasa yang biasa digunakan untuk menunjukkan preferensi atau pilihan. Arti dari keduanyapun mirip yaitu "lebih suka".
